The location is excellent, just minutes from the Red subway line and bus lines which take you to the main attractions and to Union Station as well. There are small restaurants, a CVS pharmacy and a small grocery store just around the corner, the Zoo is very close. The hotel is huge and beautiful, old time charm. There is a little cafe inside the hotel where you can buy coffee, fruits, croissants etc and a bar for evening drinks. There is a children's play room with instructor in the morning, jenga and chess on the tables for anyone to use. The pool area is exceptional, open from 6am to 10pm, beach bar, lunch menu, kind and nice staff, water aerobics on some days, free drinking water. The garden is amazing. Free Wifi for only Omni Select guests, so it is a good idea to sign up. Room service was prompt and efficient. We loved the hotel.

The hotel overall is beautiful. Amazing lobby, pool area, rooms. My room as amazing, overlooking the main street, but really spacious and comfortable. The location was very convenient, close to restaurants and bars, and also very well connected via public transportation.

the room was very nice and was able to spread out a little bit. The downstairs area (lobby, conference rooms, etc) were immaculate. I don't like to valet my car, however they made it a very easy process and didn't limit how many times I could use my car when my co-worker and I would go out (although we would typically go out once a day). It was a little away from town, but not that far.

My daughter liked it. The staff was perfect and I don't say that easily. Professional, warm and courteous from the low wage workers to the managers. Bravo!

The staff was courteous and nice, particularly the front desk agent, Crystal. The room was very large and spacious by today's standards. The pool was perfect after a hot day sightseeing. This property is not the most modern but it was a great value, particularly when compared to other properties that offer similar amenities.

Room was excellent. Stayed in the premier room with balcony. Loved it. Menu was limited but everything was tasty. Staff was helpful, nice and engaging.

I found Omni an older but luxury hotel. is is so beautiful inside. The hotel is very clean. Our needs were always met. The hotel restaurant was very good so nice and luxury. Good food and price about same outside the hotel.

The room staff were excellent even in the midst of a snow storm. Housekeeping, very accommodating and helpful. It’s an old property but still has many charms as an Omni. Rooms are very spacious.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was excellent. My kids and I especially loved the hostess at the restaurant. She was there at breakfast and was so pleasant and even hugged my kids goodbye on our last day. Pancakes and avocado toast were great. Pool was great too. Kids loved it. We didnt love that valet parking was the only option and that we had to pay for it. Overall, will stay again. It is close to the zoo, minutes from it. And around 10 or so from the white house.
